Topic: Business Ethics 101
We will explore the reasons why a commitment to operating ethically has become critical to a company's success in today's business climate. We will also discuss the organizational and personal factors that contribute to unethical behavior and outline the steps that you, as an employee, can use to guide your own ethical decision-making.

Speaker Bio:
Brian is a Senior HR Consultant and leads Cobbs Allen’s Public Administration Practice Group. He joined Cobbs Allen after over 20 years of experience in the public sector, where he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of Tuscaloosa. He is certified SPHR, SHRM-SCP and IPMA-SCP. Brian uses his experience to better serve clients in the public administration field due to his real-world experience, as well as provide additional services, such as on-site or online trainings for employees at no cost to clients through broker partnerships with clients. Brian graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science and is a 30-year retired Navy Captain and veteran of Operations Iraq Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
