Our Board

BCSHRM is a local human resources professional organization that exists to:

• Build and sustain partnerships with human resources professionals and organizations to address people-management challenges that affect the effectiveness and sustainability of our community.

• Provide a community for human resources professionals to share expertise and develop innovative solutions to people management challenges.

• Proactively provide thought leadership, education, and research to human resource professionals in our community.

• Serve as an advocate to ensure that policymakers, lawmakers, and regulators are aware of key people's concerns facing organizations and the human resource profession in our community.

MONTHLY MEETINGS: Monthly meetings are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of each month and may feature a speaker, a panel discussion, or a roundtable group.
