This presentation describes a 4-step succession planning process with tools for performance assessment, gap analysis, and employee learning.     Speaker bio: Dr. Sharon Cureton has been a management leader in the human resources field at the state and local level for over 30 years. She has worked as a Personnel Analyst with the State of Alabama, a professional HR consultant, a college instructor, a HR Director, and been active in workforce development initiatives throughout her community. She currently serves as the Administration Manager with Riviera Utilities and holds a BS from the University of South Alabama, a MBA from Auburn University, and a PhD from the University of Southern Mississippi.
