Within the next six months, hopefully most Americans will have been vaccinated for COVID-19! Unfortunately, even with this new hope, more and more Americans (along with the rest of the world) are seeing an increase in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations, coupled with a new variant of this virus. Join us to discuss the new vaccine, the legal implications of whether an employer can require employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19, and the technology behind the vaccine.

Understanding the thought processes and world in which Generation Z lives in as well as brings into the workforce is priceless information. Join this session of discovery and discussion of the trending issues Gen Z experiences, the communication styles of Gen Z, and the best ways we can equip ourselves to develop a working environment of multigenerational understanding and respect.

What a year 2020 has been!  We have been hit with new laws all while learning a new way of approaching everyday life, both at work and at home.  Given all that, we still have to remember our old laws that still impact our “new normal,” including a vast increase in OSHA complaints against employers in the non-manufacturing sector. 

Now that life is at a “new normal,” employers who have furloughed employees or allowed employees to work from home during the Coronavirus want to see their happy and smiling (hopefully) employees back at work.  But what about the employee that won’t come back or ones that returned but insisting on coming in late, leaving early or having sporadic absences.  Join us to address this frustrating issue and practical ways to get your workforce back on track.
