Within the next six months, hopefully most Americans will have been vaccinated for COVID-19! Unfortunately, even with this new hope, more and more Americans (along with the rest of the world) are seeing an increase in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations, coupled with a new variant of this virus. Join us to discuss the new vaccine, the legal implications of whether an employer can require employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19, and the technology behind the vaccine.
