Please join BCSHRM on April 24th, as Hayden Whetstone, Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management updates on the Secure 2.0 Act. The Secure 2.0 Act of 2022 contains various new rules governing employer sponsored retirement plans and Individual Retirement Accounts. The intent of these provisions is to encourage employee participation in retirement plans. Hayden will address some of these changes and how they can be implemented effectively.

This presentation will educate us on current housing issues facing workers today. Being educated, we can help to direct and advise workers on options to achieve the best housing situation for them. With today’s financial crisis, workers need guidance in order to achieve permanent long-term housing to become permanent employees. Credit challenges that are a burden to the employee will also be addressed.
