Thank you for your interest in membership with the Baldwin County Society for Human Resource Management (BCSHRM). Our group is a local chapter affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management.
The Baldwin County Society for Human Resource Management (BCSHRM), exists to promote quality human resource practice among local industries, businesses, educational institutions, and governmental agencies; and to provide leadership to workforce development efforts in Baldwin County. We bring together leading practitioners to provide education, networking and discussion of human resource topics, and to identify best practices for all aspects of human resource and industrial relations work.

This chapter is a 100% membership chapter, which means you must also be a member of the national SHRM organization (www.shrm.org). NOTE: Chapter membership expires at the same time as your current SHRM membership, regardless of enrollment date. Any applicable Chapter dues will be prorated based on the number of months remaining on your current SHRM membership. Professional members may vote and hold Board positions in the Chapter, pending the requirements of the position are met as stated herein. |

Student Membership No Fee

Individuals who are (a) enrolled either as full-time or part-time students, at freshman standing or higher; (b) enrolled in the equivalent of at least six (6) credit hours; (c) enrolled in a four-year or graduate institution and/or a consortium of these or a two-year community college with a matriculation agreement between it and a four-year college or university which provides for automatic acceptance of the community college students into the four-year college or university; (d) able to provide verification of a demonstrated emphasis in human resource management subjects, and be able to provide verification of the college or university's human resources or related degree program. Student members may not vote or hold a Board position in the Chapter. |
